Sports and Exercising


Instructions for your blog

For this first blog, you will write about sports and how important are they for our health.  Answer the two following questions with your own opinion and using a paragraph format.
  1. Which sports do you like to play? How are they practiced? Mention and explain 2 of them.
  2. What is the importance of playing sports or doing exercise? Talk about the benefits of exercising for our body.

I like to play sports like volleyball,basketball,baseball and soccer.The soccer is my favorite sport.To play this sport you need twenty two players and a referee.You need a uniform,soccer shoes and a ball.In soccer if a player is injured you can change for another player.Other fun game is the baseball.This is played by eighteen players. You need a baseball bat,a handle and special shoes to run.
    If you do excersises you will be a healthier person, you will have a low porcentage of cholesterol,you will lose weihgt and sizes and you will have an elevate self-esteem.
    Excercises only have good benefits for you.
    Do at least twice a week a little bit of exercice.

    The sports that I like to practice are to soccer, swimming, athletics and the cycling. In order to practice swimming you must use few accessories like: a cap for the hair and lenses to swim. The objective of swimming at the time of a competition is to swim against the clock and to obtain better time than the other competitors. Another one of my favorite sports is athletics. In this sport which you must do it is to run on a track of athletics against other competitors and to arrive from first the goal. In athletics there are different categories depends on the meters that are due to cross in the track. In order to practice athletics a pair is only needed tennis. The important thing to make exercises and some benefits is that your body is going to be healthful since burning fires calories, you stimulate muscles and in addition it is a very good form to clear your mind doing what but you like to do.

  4. Do sports or exercise is important because you get healthier and get a strong body. My favorite sport is the Baseball, in this sport you have to hit the ball and run infield searching get to home that is the place where you start to hit, the team that gets more runs during the nine innings is the winner. For these sport you need a bat, a baseball ball and a baseball glove, there have to be two teams of nine players each one. Other sport I like is Basketball in this sport the winner is who get more points, each team have five players in the court and twelve or fifteen for change. The persons that do exercise increase them self-esteem and are more tolerant to the stress.

  5. sports are good because they bring us many benefits one of them is that they eat as long as healthy enough to burn those calories and have energy than sleep well and having a valance in life, but the sport is what many scientists call the "fountain of youth" because you can be healthy and live sport is health.
    I'd like to play football for a while since I practiced it but pactice stop for health reasons but I honestly feel that love is a sport of great excitement knowing that we are a group and we must help each other in order to score goals and that one is not on the pitch we just have friends.
    this needs a ball, tennis, uniform group and fellowship.
    other sport that I love to play again is because of tiny swimming practiced it for swimming swimsuit is needed and good breathing is a sport very easy and very nice and you learn many things when swimming.

  6. I like to play volleyball and badminton. I don’t practice frequently volleyball, but I like to play with my friends. To practice this sport we need to have a volleyball ball, a net, a good physical condition, and learn about the rules of this sport. Each team needs to have 6 players, 3 in front of the net and the other players behind the first three. Badminton is a funny sport that we can enjoy every time when we are going to play. This sport you can play with a friend because is in pairs. For practice you need a racquet, a net, and a badminton ball. The sport is easy to play, is only try to pass the ball with the racquet over the net
    Is important to practice some sport or do exercise, because we need to take care us health, and to have a good physical condition. If you do exercises, you can feel better, and lose weight. You can strengthen your body and You will reduce the risk of disease.

  8. Exercise is excellent for health and helps prevent many diseases such as overweight and other diseases appearing which to avoid. My favorite sport is football because it's very exciting and fun you need a ball and at least 22 players to do it professionally. I also like running but I do just for exercise and take care of my body and health. To do of a proffesional way you need shoes and each person will decide where to go for running in the city in the mountains on the beach all depends on the person. Exercise is very important that helps preserve the shape and do exercise can save our lives because help to avoid problems that cause death.

  9. I love it practice sports, I like all sports but, my favorite is soccer because I practice soccer a 10 years ago. The soccer is the most famous sport in the world, this sport have a cup the name is “Mundial” this cup people love because in this cup participate 32 countries for de five continents. The basic rule is you kick the ball and it go into the soccer brand.
    I like the baseball I practice one year this sport in Santo Domingo, this sport is attractive but, when the ball hit in your body it hurt a lot.
    Finally it’s important to practice sports for your health, the sport takes away the stress.

  10. I like to practice tennis and athletics.
    Tennis is about playing with 2 rackets and 2 people at least.
    And athletics is a set of sporting events like running, jumping, swimming, walking, throwing; that envolve competitive and most of the skills are individual. This sport is the most interesting for me.
    Sometimes people do not like, or they aren`t "good" for sports; or they do not develop their own skills for sports. But is important for the people to know that exercise the body is indispensable and necessary for health; indenpendently if it`s with any sport or if it`s in a GYM or on their own.
    Exercise our body is a benefit for us because it helps in the performance of some organs like the heart, it helps the functioning of the blood, too. And it helps us to stay in shape and to discard the toxins of the body.
    In conclusion, exercising our body, we`ll have a better quality of life :)

  11. I'm not a very sporty person, I usually prefer to watch sports and not to practice them .One of my favorite sports is soccer, I like it so much, and I also practiced swimming, biking and golf. I used to play soccer with my counsins and we went to a indoor soccer field. And on Saturday we used to going to ride bike. Golf aims to introduce the ball into each hole, spread over the fields, with the fewest number of strokes, and soccer,each team is composed of eleven players, and banking are seven players, given the right to three changes per team. Playing sports is very important as it makes us stay healthy and prevent some diseases, also has its benefits, like getting a nice body and be happy with yourself.

  13. Really I don´t like to do sports, but my attention swimming and bascketball. Swimming is practiced in a swimming pool, a person can swim just for exercise, hobby, passion, artistic or could be olympic swimming. Sometimes I like to go Saturday´s to Club Campestre Español and swimming with my brother.The bascketball is a game that is played with hands, is to put the ball in the basket of the opposing team can be a hobby or profession. And too I go sometimes to play with my brother and my cousin.Exercise is good for the body of the people they maintain stable health, perhaps less sick than people who do not exercise, have a good physical condition.

  14. My favorite sports are soccer, dancing and play poker. Soccer, for me, it’s a very interesting sport, it consist to play with a team to defeat the rival team, but if you want to defeat them, your team needs to make a lot of goals, at the finish the team with more goals wins the match. My other favorite sport is dancing because it makes me fell very comfortable, free and happy; any kind of person can dance, it’s too simply, only you need to move your body and let you go with the rhythm of the music. For me practice sports are one of the most important activities that we need to do in our daily life’s, because a person who practice any kind of sports it’s a healthy person. If everyone in this world practice any kind of sports, maybe might not have diseases like diabetes, overweight or certain cardiovascular disorders. Now you know, exercise only have benefits for you, took unless two hours of your free time to practice sports.

  15. I like to play sports like swimming, soccer and running. If you want to running, you only need a comfortable clothes and everyone can practice this sport, you can run all days.
    Soccer is an important sport that is practiced worldwide. You need two teams of eleven persons and a referee, you have to do many goals if you want to win the game.
    In my opinion doing exercises is very important for your health, physical and mental because is a way of relaxation and to eliminate accumulated energy, you have a personal balance and help with your relationships.
    Physically helps to avoid many kinds of diseases like diabetes, heart problems, and overweight.
    You should have to practice any kind of sport at least two days a week, one hour and you are going to be healthier.

  16. Now, I like to play many sports. I practice some sports as tennis and cheerleading. I like to play tennis. To practice tennis you’ll need rackets, and if you prefer two or four players. Also, you’ll need a ball, a net and a racket for each person. The only thing that you’ll need is to hold and move strongly a racket, so everybody can play tennis (including people in wheelchairs). To play this sport, each player uses a racket to hit a hollow rubber ball to send it into the opponent's court.
    Most of the time, cheerleading is an intensive physical activity, but it could be a hard competition. Usually, you practice this sport in teams of approximately 35 people. This sport is based on routines, tumbling, dance, jumps and cheers…
    The sports are important because when you practice them you can feel better with yourself and with your body. Also, with the sports you can keep healthy and strong.

  17. I don’t practice sports too much, but I like the badminton, tennis and swimming. My favorite sport is badminton; to play it you need a racket, a shuttlecock, a net and comfortable clothes, you can practice them in groups or pairs, players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racquet so that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents half of the court, the badminton is also played outdoors as a casual recreational activity, often as a garden or beach game. The exercise is important for the health, it can help you to prevent heart problems and the obesity that is one of the common problem in this days.

  18. Currently I practice various sports such as athletics and mountain biking, which I practice more regularly. Mountain biking is a sport of high condition that is normally practiced in the mountains and in difficult conditions, to practice this sport you need several things: example is a bicycle in good condition, very important to the helmet, goggles, gloves, etc. The other sports are athletics, which can be practiced anywhere, as it consists of distance running at a good time, and for this sport you need some good tennis and sportswear.

    In reality the important thing is to practice some sport and we most like, exercise helps us to live a healthy life and de-stress and this we achieved a good balance in our activities daily.

I do not practice many sports, but I like much to take long long walks in the nights pleases to me so that thus clearing my mind of the routine life. from time to time if I like so that it is part to have a good figure or in the house with a machine to make exercises or simply but easy as to jump a cord or to dance he is funny and the one is exercised at the same time. to make sports is good so that these can be returned I thus bitt and to arrive to form a good routine of ejerciocio and to be in good form. furthermore one can know much people and to do friendly for example in clubs of sports and things thus and everything exercising themselves of an funny form furthermore one moves away of drugs and things and thus and to arrive full a clean life without vices and simplemete from health

  20. Health includes the physical and mental, first for our physical health, sport body and keeps it running again helps us to live more years avoids the risk of diseases such as obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease and gives us much strength.
    The emotional health when physical activities are released hormanas giving happiness and make the person feel good and like a new person
    I make ice skating, not professionally but if I take years to receive some classes and this is taught with some stunts with a partner it requires much practice, you have to try many times and one must have good performance, one must be careful to time to get your skates as it is very dangerous and if you can break down. The other sports are going to run, I like very much and this also requires too much performance and I went to run very long runs and I enjoy a lot in different places in the mountains, on the beach in the city when should be running water and must learn to breathe not to give you cramps

  21. I like to play basketball, tennis, soccer and swimming. My favorite sport is swimming, for this sport you need a Olympic swimsuit because it's more comfortable or you can use a normal swimsuit, a swimming goggles and a swim cap. You can practice this sport when you want, whit friends or alone. Dis sport is verry simple but you need a high physical condition to practice in a race.
    If you practice sports for 3 or 4 days a week you're a healthy person, this is important because you'll have a healthier life because you'll lose weight and sizes, you stimulate muscles and maybe you can use the sport for clean your mind or lower stress. The sports are verry important for the people.

  22. in my all live i practiced a lot of sports like a swimming, basketball,soccer, volleyball, athleticism and the most important for my is the tae-kwon-do. I was practiced soccer in the school for six years, this sport is very fun and tiring, because you have to run several meters for the ball and you have to work in gruop, you need a good group if you want to win, but the tae-kwon-do is very different to the soccer because the tae-kwon-do are individual.I practice this from which I have 8 years is complicated but very different to many sports, in reality this is a lifestyle for me, I love the tae-kwon-do and I dream with will be an Olympic champion and be the best.
    Really I thik that every people have to do a physical activity, this help to you have a best health and although the most important in a person is not the physicist, you could have a better body than a person who does nothing.
